Refund Policy
Full refunds will be granted if the student requests a refund 5 business days before the course. No refunds will be granted after this time.
Program Cancellation
If a program is cancelled, the student will be notified immediately via email and a full refund will be issued.

Course Update Policy
Courses will be continuously updated to incorporate updates to auditing or accounting standards. All course materials will be updated at least annually. All course documentation will contain the most recent revision date of the materials.
Courses in subjects that undergo frequent changes are reviewed by an individual with subject matter expertise at least once a year to verify that course content is up to date. Other courses must be reviewed at least every two years.
Program Content Development Policies
Parker Skaats is a CPA. He has over five years of experience performing and supervising audits under generally accepted government auditing standards (GAGAS). Each course is customized to the audience by asking participants about their expectations and needs prior to the course.
