This Privacy Policy regulates the way in which Parker CPE LLC gathers, utilizes, maintains, and discloses data obtained from users ("User", "you", or "your") of the www.ParkerCPE.com website ("Site"). This Privacy Policy is applicable to the Site and all products and services provided by Parker CPE LLC.

Any contact details, including shipping information, we collect, are used to enhance our Site and deliver customers information about our services and products. We DO NOT share this information with other organizations for commercial purposes.

Any data provided by customers as part of an assessment we conduct will be used in accordance with a customer's contract for assessment services.

By registering for or ordering a Parker CPE LLC course or training service, you acknowledge and agree that Parker CPE LLC training materials are protected by U.S. and international copyright laws. Therefore, you cannot reproduce, distribute, make derivative works of, or publicly display/perform such materials. Furthermore, you agree not to use the company’s training materials, including but not limited to the concepts and ideas expressed in the training, to create a competing product/service.
